1. Payment must be made in full on arrival in cash or before your arrival date by Bank Transfer.
2. If I am concerned about your pet, I will contact you for your advice and if I cant contact you and I feel your pet requires vet care it will be taken to my local vet and you will be liable for the cost of all fees.
3. We will only accept healthy pets and have the right to refuse sick or pregnant animals.
4. There are no licensing or current legislation for small pet boarding. We do not have insurance therefore leaving your pet is done so entirely at your own risk.
5. Sadly small pets can pass away quickly without warning and in the unlikely event this should occur in our care we shall contact you and carry out your wishes. Blossom boarding takes no responsibility for animals which pass away suddenly whilst boarding with us.
6. If you arrive back from holiday early you may collect your pet earlier than the arranged date although you are still liable for the full booking amount.
7. Please drop off and pick up your pet on the day and time slot you have chosen. Failure to do this could impact and cause delays for the next customer. Please contact if you need to change your time slot or day for collection. If you do not contact and do not collect your pet on your dedicated time slot which affects other customers and their pets then there will be a £20 charge,
10. We have a right to sell or re-home pets not collected within 14 days of the agreed collection date.
11. You will be charged for the arrival day and departure day.
12. Although great care is taken to caring for your property, any personal items left at Blossom Boarding are done so at your own risk.
13.Blossom Boarding will not be responsible for any customer injury, illness, death, theft or public liability.
14. We have the right to refuse a Rabbit if it has not had its up to day vaccinations. A certificate must be shown.
